Kurosawa´s most UNDERated film?

I saw this film, and it was really, really great.
He knew how to make Macbeth more human than the same Shakespeare (as the way I look it)

So my cuestion is.....

Why theres alwars a top of the best movies theres alaways Shichinin no Samurai or Dreasm, for example???? This is one of the best film Ive ever seen (at least this year) and just eventually is in the tops.

WHY???????????? ITS JUST ME THAT WRONGLY APPRECIATE THIS MOVIE, OR ITS JUST A DESTINY COINCIDENCE THATS NOT IN THE TOPS?????

packs all of the punch of a gigantic war epic in a 109 minute masterpiece. Probably the fist Kurosawa movie Id recommend to another.

THRONE OF BLOOD is one of my favorite Kurosawa films, for sure, and is definitely not as revered as it should be.

However, if I had to choose his most underrated, I'd go with RED BEARD.

Great film, it's a real cinematic masterpiece, it's really entertaining and fast paced, the plot is great, the actors are great
And yes, I think it's the first Kurosawa I would recommend to watch. My favorite is still Yojimbo, but this one rocks

I don't know who does the ratings, or where the governing body is located that issues them—possibly in Austria?
That said: it's my favorite Kurosawa film along with being the best cinematic adaptation of Shakespeare.
