From the Kurosawa films I've seen so far:
1. Seven Samurai (1954)
2. Drunken Angel (1948)
3. The Hidden Fortress (1958)
4. Rashomon (1950)
5. Stray Dog (1949)
6. Throne of Blood (1957)

I'm still trying to order a copy a Ran and Ikira, so those could very well make a move in the Top 5.
Wow this is way too hard an assignment. Stream of consciousness:

But every film of his I've seen shows such mastery, yields such rewards, and is so far above most films today and yesterday in terms of sheer quality, I'd say he's always more than worthwhile. He's in a class of his own.

Its impossible to compare movies that are so perfect. But if I must my top 5 list would look something like this:
1. High and Low 11/10 (why eleven you ask? Well I like to go one step further)
2. Seven Samurai 11/10
3. Ran 10/10
4. Yojimbo 9/10
5. Ikiru 9/10
Ran is his best. Seven Samurai and Rashomon are in the next tier. All his films are great. But those 3 are the greatest to me.
