Did they shrink with him? WTF?

No, they didn't. He first noticed his condition when his clothes started to fit looser.

By the end of the movie, he just makes his clothing from a scrap of material.

He was forced to wear a loincloth around like a little tiny tarzan. what girl wouldnt love to have a tiny tarzan wearing a loincloth? imagine what a woman finding the inch tall scott would do with him!!!

The thing I find funny is that even though he has to find new clothes all the time, his underwear fits perfectly all the time...
