Burl Ives and Charles Nelson Reilly?
Just watched this again last night (forgot how brilliant it is), but didn't see Burl Ives or Charles Nelson Reilly in it.

shareBurl's at a table near the bar in a Manhattan scene where Marsha tells Mel she is going to marry Lonesome, and even is addressed as "Burl" by someone.
I don't see Charles Nelson Reilly, but Rip Torn has a prominent early-career cameo as Lonesome's heir apparent.
Either on the message board somewhere, or in a Trivia item, it said that Charles Nelson Reilly said in an early 1980's interview that he was filmed as one of the saxophonists in a band for this film, but that it was cut from the film during editing.
Thanks, tomtac. I knew if CNR got some face time in the film, I would have found him. I have a decade's worth of Match-Game watching to draw on.
