TCOT Crooked Candle

In TCOT Crooked Candle, Mason and Della have to go out to the boat to discover the body. To get to that boat they must board the smallest ever motorboat in full office attire. Della nimbly steps aboard in her heels and Mason climbs aboard and sits in a seat that is barely wide enough for him in his slimmed down, Season 1 state. So what was the studio thinking? Couldn't they have found a larger boat?

Were there any other episodes where there were personal physical challenges?

You are so right I was thinking the same thing! Della not only had heels but mules. What were they thinking?

Della ALWAYS wore heels. She walks through dust in at least two episodes
I can think of (in heels). First, The Case of the Runaway Corpse" and
The Case of the Lazy Lover.
