In the Envious Editor, Perry's client was just horrible. I'd loved to have seen her convicted and sentenced to hard labor, except don't want to see Perry lose. Incidentally these stock proxy stories are irritating. The wife could have easily revoked her proxy or voted her shares herself at the meeting.

Danny was a qualified engineer who chose to take a low-paying teaching job, work a second job swamping in a hash house, and let his wife and disabled daughter suffer. All so that he could satisfy his selfish desire to be a teacher. Then, he lets that drunken pig Frank insult him and push him around. Finally, he is such a wimp he actually uses his own car to drive the pig home. Danny was some loser.
Even after Perry got him off, all his personal problems were still there. They never did get the washing machine back that was repossessed in the first scene. The entire family has to go around in dirty clothes but Danny is happy because he gets to be a teacher. His wife would have been better off getting that divorce.
The worst of the worst is Eva Belter from "Velvet Claws".
