Classic moment in Perry Mason series
In "The case of the Weary Watchdog" as I am watching right now. We learn how far Perry will go to help a friend. Della asks him for $25,000 with out any questions asked. Perry with a split second pause, then pulls out a folded blank check and makes it out to Della. And responds in classic fashion "Without questions and without thanks".
There is just one little thing wrong with the scene that I believe no one has ever addressed. When Perry hands Della the check, it has conveniently lost it's fold crease.
