Did anyone see TCOT "Lover's Leap" this morning

If you did, I had to laugh at the end when Valerie Comstock wanted to force FJ Weatherby to tell the truth about the incident. She called in her friend Willie to force him to tell the truth and Weatherby pulled out a gun. She laughed at Weatherby and said "That's not going to do you any good", then ordered Willie (unarmed) to beat him up.

If I would have been in Willie's shoes. As soon as I heard her say that, I would have said "Are you crazy lady" and walked out of the room.

Yes, that was a little unrealistic, especially since the whole confrontation was a trick orchestrated by Perry. And the police stood by listening while Weatherby threatened to shoot Wiilie. The joke would have sure been on them if Weatherby had blown Willie into next week.

And when Willie told his story, it sounded like self-defense, so he may get off and be able to fulfill his dream of marrying the grieving widow after all. Good luck with that, Willie.
