The evening episode on MeTV tonight is TCOT Fickle Fortune.

Vaughn Taylor plays Perry's client, a civil servant named Ralph Duncan.

There was also a character named Ralph Duncan in TCOT Sleepwalker's Niece. That Ralph Duncan was a lawyer who was trying to help another character wrest control of a company from Perry's client. it was Perry's cross-examination of the lawyer Ralph Duncan that helped him finally figure out who the real killer was.

Quite a coincidence in those two characters having the same name.

Back then, they churned out lots of episodes, probably one a week which represented a really tight schedule. They did not have time to ensure that the character names were unique and, of course, Google did not exist.

Just an observation...
Kasey Rogers and David White (Louise and Larry Tate of Bewitched fame) were both found guilty of murder in separate episodes.

During the 63-64 season two separate cases, TCOT FESTIVE FELON and ILLICIT ILLUSION coincidentally had the murderers bearing the same last name
