Chrysler Imperial in "The Case of the Sulky Girl"

For a brief moment this car is seen in front of the house and is driven away.
As far as I have seen this is the only time a Chrysler Imperial is used in
any of the episodes.

There are some beautiful cars in PM. I am always looking for an unusual one. And there are plenty classics to see. The value of those cars today would be astronomical

That was a 1964 Imperial you saw. They also used a 1964 Dodge convertible and a 1964 Plymouth Fury four door in a couple of episodes. But most of time Perry either drove Ford Galaxie convertibles or Lincoln Continental convertibles. Paul drove Thunderbirds. For a short time in 1958 and 1965, Perry drove a Cadillac convertible and Paul drove
a Corvette.

I have noticed in season 3 there are some gorgeous Buick convertibles also used in the episodes. And to think I at one time owned several of these cars seen during these early episodes and sold them for less than 500.00 back in the 70's......
Who knew?

You're right about the Imperial. I was so surprise to see the Dodge and the Plymouth in a couple of episodes too. Now that it's on METV (Im in the Los Angeles area)I can really dissect the series with the cars/locations/character actors goofs (once Perry was grilling a witness sitting in the witness box. When it cuts to the people sitting behind Perry in the Gallery the person he was grilling was sitting in the Gallery...Ooops).
