Waste of money. Watch it for free on metv. 2 eps every morning monday through friday.

DVDs are on their way out. They take up space and you will most likely watch them one time through. Waste of cash imo.

1000% DISAGREE...MY DAUGHTER AND I WATCH 4 OR 5 DVDS/BLU RAYS A DAY BETWEEN US...PHYSICAL MEDIA MAY BE DYING OUT,BUT IT IS STILL JUST AS ENJOYABLE AND WORTH OWNING.THERE IS A JOY TO OWNING SOMETHING YOU LOVE..ANY SPACE THEY TAKE UP IS NOW A SMALL TRIBUTE TO SOMETHING THAT MEANS SOMETHING TO YOU...PLUS THERE SO MUCH AMAZING ARTWORK ON THE CASES.

Well said! There's a certain realness to tangible things that we don't get from the digital. And if I like a program or a movie on DVD, I'll be watching it more than once over the years.

DVDs are on their way out.

People have been saying this for the last ten years, yet films and TV shows are still coming out on DVD.

There are many programs that you can watch on METV. The question is... are these programs unedited or are they cut to add more commercials?

The total run time for a "half-hour" sitcom used to be approximately 26 minutes. Today's half-hour slots now contain only about 22 minutes of the actual program, the rest of the time being filled with more commercials and endless repetitions of promos for upcoming shows. Any classic sitcom being aired today is now missing up to four minutes of the episode.

I would recommend the DVD sets, but buyer beware. Some of these season sets are sourced from a program's syndication package. This is what the studios made available to local stations that aired the repeats. Episodes were time-compressed and cut so the stations could run more ads. I discovered this the hard way after purchasing a Blu-ray season set of a program from the 1970s. The Blu-rays were touted as being remastered from the original material and restored to broadcast length. WRONG!! It was the syndicated version with two to three minutes missing from every episode.

Check the run times for the episodes before purchasing the DVD or Blu-ray sets. A program such as LITB should run at least 26 minutes including the opening and closing credits.

Depends on the price, but it's one of my favorite tv series. The first episodes are a little syrupy, though.

I'd invest in a phone or computer with autocorrect instead.

This is one of his least mistake strewn posts that I've seen. I love reading them. It's like a training exercise to keep the brain sharp.

I don't look for errors. I type quick and dirty. I'm good with it...😂

If you can get it at a good price probably. METV has it. Also the Beaver somehow goes from an incredible cute little actor to how did he become a star by 4th season or so.

Eddie was always a rascal.
