... who of this cast is still alive?

This is something I think about whenever I watch an old movie, 'how many of these people are still alive?' Every time I watch this movie I wonder about that....and so every year I look it up at IMDB.

There are still a handful of people in smaller roles, like Jethro's daughters, who are still alive, as they were only in their teens or early 20's when it was filmed, but Deborah Paget is the only major character in the film who is still alive. But it is a 60 year old film, and so sometime soon there won't be anyone left. It will be a sad day for sure, but inevitable, and as long as this movie is remembered, they will share a unique form of immortality.

Mike Connors, who is in my favorite scene in the movie. He is one of the Amalekite herders at the well of Jethro who learns a lesson in manners thanks to Moses staff.
