Secondary Characters

I don't mind long movies, but this got a bit dry in spots for me, especially when there were long scenes between just the secondary characters like Tom's boss and his family problems or even the judge talking to his wife/secretary. I think they could've edited a lot of that down and wasn't all that necessary - it just halted the story. The judge wasn't bad, but all the scenes with the boss were really boring and too long. I know they were there to help show Tom's character, but they could've shortened it up a bit there....

The secondary character I most enjoyed, was the hard-nosed babysitter - I loved the scenes of the kids goofing off and her snapping them to attention! And she was the best female character in a film of takers.

I saw the comparison/contrast between the boss' family and Rath's family but it should have been presented in a different manner. It was far too distracting.
