I would like to see a heist film like this except...

...in the end the the main character should get away with it.

Hollywood doesn't have these standards anymore so why can't the criminal win and live it up rich somewhere?

such films exist, but to name them would ruin the fun with spoilers. suffice it to say that if you dig into the offerings of American neo-noir films, you will likely find what you seek

There's a popular film of Scorcese's that shows a successful, major heist. It doesn't conclude the film exactly though.

I'll assume you're referring to Goodfellas and the Lufthansa heist, but that is a gangster film that includes a heist, I'm looking for straight up heist.
