Anyone know what he meant when he was leaving to the track he gave the guy at the chess place the message to call that person if he wasn't back by 6:30?

He knew he was likely to be arrested so he wanted to tip someone off to help him (presumably his lawyer, who would start ringing round the precincts).

Yeah, london's got it exactly right. It was his lawyer.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
