After listening several times I believe the words are the last several verses of this http://www.digitalsongsandhymns.com/songs/8166 sung to a different tune.

Here are the words:

1 On River Jordan's banks I stand,
and cast a wishful eye
Upon the fair and happy land
where my possessions lie.

Refrain:
I am bound for the promised land,
I am bound for the promised land.
Oh, who will come and go with me?
I am bound for the promised land.

2 There generous fruits that never fail
on trees immortal grow.
There rocks and hills and brooks and vales
with milk and honey flow. [Refrain]

3 All o'er those wide extended plains
shines one eternal day.
There God, the Sun, forever reigns,
and scatters night away. [Refrain]

4 When I shall reach that happy place,
and be forever blessed?
When shall I see my Maker's face,
when in God's bosom rest? [Refrain]

5 Filled with delight, my raptured soul
can here no longer stay.
Though Jordan's waves around me roll,
fearless I'll sail away. [Refrain]

If you look at the tune included in the link, it's completely different, and if the version used in the movie had a refrain they didn't include it.

Found what I think is a full recording of the song with the tune used in the movie, but now can't compare, as the movie has been removed from YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDn7hQGjQjY

Thank you for your research on this. The words did match but the hymn tune is, although somewhat similar, not the correct one. I wish that I could find it but not having much luck, thanks again.
