Not really a bad film
"The Tartars" with Orson Welles and Victor Mature no less. Now there`s a bad film. Good production values but flavorless and lifeless. "The Conqueror" is far from that. Duke is rather good as Temijin. He captures Susan Hayward in a raid then rips the clothes right off her like she`s a harem chick and she responds by telling him that he will pay for her abduction along with the rest of his "mangy tribe". Hell, you can`t beat that.
