Good news tv remake coming

It will be on lifetime(i can already hear the disappointed reactions) and will be more contemporary. I don't know much about it just that the mother's name is Kate and she is a modern career woman who has a sociopathic daughter whose age is unmentioned. It's assumed though she will be a child as in 12 or younger. I do not have a link but you can Google it. I could not find out the expected release but the article was back in June 2015. Kind of excited for this since I loved this story.

I had actually seen th tv remake made in 85 before I saw the old version. My mom told me the girl in the old version was much creepier. It took me years to find the old one on tv. I was a little disappointed they did not show her killing scenes like they did in the remake. Not only that the version I saw on tv also cut out a few little things. When I saw it on video cassette I saw the full version. Even though it was not as active as the remake I still.liked it especially the uncut version.

I hope this one will be good. I have both the old and new on DVD and still watch both occasionally.

With the remake I still find myself wondering what became of Rachel. I think we are certain her next victim would be aunt monica to be able to have the choker necklace. I tell you if Rachel had been a real person I bet her story and trail of murders throughout life would have been featured on dateline in the last few years. If she were real she would be about in her early 40's now and who knows how many people would have died at her hand.
