Havana dancers?


What style of dance are they parodying with the guys bent over and supplicant and the woman dancing kind of like mating dance birds? In the nightclub?

Anyone know please?

Perhaps it was meant to depict that the men were breast-obsessed? Heh heh... I don't know the actual answer to your question; I just thought it was funny that the men either rested their heads on the womens' breasts, or lowered their heads so that the womens' breasts were directly in front their eyes. I chuckled aloud.

Don't think it's meant to parody anything. People were trying out radical things at that time, dance wise. Check out Bob Fosse's work in the same period, for example.
