'Next Stop, Greenwich Village'

Surprisingly, the "movie connections" for "Blackboard Jungle" don't mention
this film. It's a semi-biographical account of director Paul Mazursky's attempts
to make it as an actor; it ends with the main character leaving for Hollywood
to play the part of a juvenile delinquent student in a major film (Mazursky
played Emmanuel in "Blackboard Jungle.") And it also features Christopher Walken, which generally makes a film worth seeing anyway.

I'm not crying, you fool, I'm laughing!
