Rock Hudson's hair
Rock Hudson looked terrific and did a fine job of acting. I think he was a much better actor than he’s often given credit for. But what’s up with that Pompadour-style hairdo he sports in the film? Is it real or a hair-piece? Maybe it was a 1950s idea of a Thoreau-quoting man of nature.
