I have just discovered that this Movie is now available on a Region 2 DVD.

Yes, and in it's proper aspect ratio of 1.85 not 2.1 as listed here.

Shame the picture quality is awful though, a classic like this deserves remastering.

The theatrical release was in 2:1 not 1.85:1.
