There are 2 'versions' of this film! A 'nasty' line is cut!

I've seen Suddenly on TV twice and I have it on VHS. One version has Sinatra's character saying with evil relish that he'd really wanted to kill his parents -- my VHS copy DOES NOT HAVE THAT LINE. One TV network's broadcast had that line, the other did not.

My version had the line. He then continued to say it turned out that he didn't have to kill them because they both did it for him by killing themselves with drink. To which the wife used the "You're an animal!" line, or perhaps something else.

I KNEW there was a line missing, our library's VHS copy had the full line, and then our VCR quit working, so we got it on DVD, doesn't have the line, Turner Classic Movies showed it and the line was STILL missing though they pride themselves on being uncut.

I just saw the movie on TCM two days ago and it included the lines about him wanting to kill his parents, but that they killed themselves with drinking.
