Im pretty sure this was already a topic but who would you cast in a remake? I think Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster would make a grand Adam and Milly...maybe Anne Hathaway as Dorcas?
Also, do you think the unPC storyline would work in today's times? Naturally, itll be set in the same time period as the original.

I myself am always leery of remakes. I love this Seven Brides for Seven Brothers so much that a remake is completely unnecessary. And if it were to be remade it would have to be extremely well or else it'll ruin the reputation of the original.

That's how i feel too Jabber 59. I think about the possibilities of a remake all the time, but i am so worried of it ruining the wonderful original once the new one isn't what we would want. The original is my favorite movie and wouldn't want it tarnished by a remake with actors that don't look the part no matter how famous they are.
