I for the most part like this movie but the age difference between Bogart and Hepburn (about 30 years I believe) is distracting and the two didn't have the best chemistry. That said it's still worth a watch, especially if you're a Bogart fan in general.

You do understand that Bogart's wife at the time, Lauren Bacall, was 25 years younger? Not much different than Bogart and Hepburn.

In the remake, Ford is 23 years older than Ormond.

It is definitely worth seeing. I enjoyed it and rated it an 8/10.

Yes, it’s well worth a look. Hepburn and Holden are very good and Bogie is rather endearingly miscast. Not a must-see but very charming.

It's not a movie for Bogart fans, it's a movie for Audrey Hepburn fans! I mean it's a good movie, but if what you want to see is Bogie, I wouldn't rush.

Bogart is frankly miscast, in a role that was written for Cary Grant.
