DVD inaccuracies
The Commentary of the Caine Mutiny was recorded by a couple of supposed film scholars. Yet, they were clearly lacking in some basic knowledge that they dispensed.
For example, the vacation spot Willy takes his girl was clearly Yosemite, but the "scholars" call it Yellowstone.
There were a few careless mistakes on that commentary as well, for example, Herbert Anderson, the actor who later would play Dennis the Menace's father on TV, was referred to as Mr. Wilson! As if no one would catch that mistake.
This is how the details of history change, at least partly, with laziness and carelessness. Eventually the public will believe the innacuracies.
