Well in Finnish this film is called "Paljasjalkakreivitär", which is a ´straight translation.

In Filipino the title is translated to 'Ang Nakapaang Kontesa' or 'Ang Walang Suot na Sapatos, Medyas o Stockings na Kontesa'.:P
