"The Woman on Pier 13" (1949 - aka "I Married a Communist") and "Kiss Me Deadly" (1955) come to mind.

Kiss Me Deadly is not "anti-commie"; more like a cautionary allegory for nuclear holocaust in general.

Communists aren't specifically mentioned in "Kiss Me Deadly," but it's logical to assume that the villains were working for the Communist Bloc.
