Does anyone know the exact location where the film was made? I assume it was in Arizona (or California because of the Joshua Trees).

The beginning helicopter scene is of Victorville, Ca. The house scene looks to be dubbed over a shot of Hesperia, Ca from Kiowa and Rock Springs rd in Apple Valley.

The dry lake scene is in Fairview valley which is North of Apple Valley.
