shareSo glad you enjoyed it jamesbwill !
I know tonight's Sven film selection will be a fun one as well and don't forget the popcorn too .
I'm thinking of watching this with my son (ten) tonight since I have it on DVR and my husband is out-of-town for a conference. No popcorn for us, though. He still has his braces on (they do it so young these days) and won't get them off for a couple of weeks. He's pretty excited he will be able to eat Halloween candy when they come off. Ah, the simple joys of childhood.
Speaking of popcorn, he will be selling it for his Scout troop soon. Want a link then to support the Scouts?!

I say it a lot, but this IS one of the best movies of it's kind. Can't imagine what it was like when some of these movies were new in theaters.

Dracula will be in theaters in a couple of weeks. Ellie and I will be going.
shareExcellent have fun and enjoy the show in a couple of weeks Gary-and-Ellie
( and don't forget to buy or bring from home the movie snacks too ) .
Dracula will be on Svengoolie the weekend before Halloween. Lucky you for seeing it on the big screen!

For years, we would go every Friday night to a local theater that showed these types of movies on a 50 foot screen. It was so much fun. A lot of the same people came every week and we all had a great time together. We even saw a few 3-D movies there. Sadly, it closed and has never re-opened.

Dramatically, a bit uninteresting, though the acting/atmosphere was great.
The hot number with basically a cameo as "The Professor's" (the assistant played by the guy from Gilligan's Island) gf was an amusing touch. Pretty sexy for that guy to be going out with. Ditto the pretty sexy outfit the hero's girlfriend was wearing, or rather her clone.
