The kiss scenes
To me this movie has some of the best kiss scenes ever. They are so romantic, passionate and sexy. Anyone else think this?
shareThey weren't much different to the fight scenes. McLaglen was well into his sixties and Wayne had a style where the other guy had about a minute to see the punch coming. McLaglen was a professional boxer in his young years but retired a few years after Wayne was born.
In a real fight McLaglen would probably have slaughtered Wayne in spite of being nearly twenty years older than him.

But they were playing characters, and simulating a fight. It wasn't a real fight between McLaglen and Wayne.
