On September 24, 1915 Larry Gates was born. If there is a special Heaven for actors, he's up there telling stories and showing folks how it's done. Thanks, HB.

I caught him last night in Hour of the Gun on TCM. I don't think they realized the programming/birthday connection, but it made me smile to think of it.
