I don't recall this, and I doubt such framing was ever released commercially. HOWEVER, it's possible that as a repeat
during the show's original run, Lucy and Desi filmed a new opening, and this version wound up being broadcast. In
the old days, the producers had to film something new to a primetime repeat that was broadcast DURING the season,
or they wouldn't get paid.
On the season two DVD of "Bewitched" both "A Vision of Sugar Plums" (my very least favorite Christmas show, btw)
and "Samantha Meets the Folks" - both from season one - have two new teasers of "remember when...." So it IS
possible you saw something like this.
One of the reasons I cannot get into "The Dick Van Dyke Show" is there are way too many FAKE "Do you remember the
time" episodes, most featuring Rob and Laura before they were married (and it's never believable, as they have CURRENT
hairstyles and don't look younger). And many of the "Do you remember when?" eps aren't even necessary - they just
chose to open the show that way. I find it annoying, unnecessary and distracting. And no other sitcom - that I'm aware
of - did this as repeatedly as "Dick Van Dyke."
"The Dick Van Dyke Show" was a clean, brilliant series that simply leaves me cold. Too bad. It's my loss.
