I had to laugh...
When Cagney and Virginia Mayo were walking along a lover's lane on the West Point campus and he said something to the effect of "wouldn't you like to be young again?"
It's so disingenuous because he was 20 years older than Mayo! If I were her, I would want to say "Dude, speak for yourself, I'm still young!" Cagney was 51, Mayo was 30, two years older than Doris Day and only one year older than Gordon Mcrae, who are supposed to be the "young" couple! Just weird casting to me.
