What's Cinderella's shoe size?

That slipper was awfully tiny, looks like it can be fitted for a child lol

There are versions of the original fairy-tale, where the wicked stepmother actually tells her daughters to mutilate their own feet (as in, cut off their toes or their heels). Because that would be the only way, that they could get one of their feet into that tiny shoe.

If you want to read a good novel based on the Chinese version of "Cinderella", there is "Bound" by Donna Jo Napoli. It gives the stepmother an understandable but still creepy reason for mutilating her daughter's feet: For centuries, many girls in China had their feet bound. Because if they didn't, no respectable man would marry them.

Intelligence and purity.

If you watch Cinderella III: A Twist in Time, the King mentions that the woman who left her shoe behind wore a size 4-and-a-half.
