That is NOT a plot hole!

When Cinderella comes the stairs down asking to try on the glass slipper, the Stepmother, who had locked Cinderella in her room, doesn't ask Cinderella how she got out.
First of all, that isn't what a plot hole is and shouldn't be listed as such. Second of all, there are several explanations for this. The most obvious being that she probably didn't want to blurt out in front of the King's servants that she kept her stepdaughter locked up in a room and lied about her being home. Another being that she was too in shock to even speak at all. Or maybe she just didn't have time to say anything or didn't want to. It's not exactly a mistake. I guarantee she was thinking it though.

I think the biggest error in the movie is that the glass slippers never disappeared or turned back into normal shoes at midnight when everything changed to the way it was.
