questions about Honeymooners

I am just discovering this show and loving it. I always thought there were more seasons and episodes. But it was only on 2 seasons?

Did Ralph say "I've got a big mouth" in many episodes or just one or a few?

The 30 minute sitcom of The Honeymooners ran only 1 season, 1955-56. However, Gleason had been doing Honeymooner skits ranging from 10-45 minutes on his variety show from 1951-55, and again 1956-57 and 1966-70.

"I've got a big mouth" has a rep as one of Ralph's trademark lines, but I'll bet he didn't actually say it in too many episodes. Most famous was in the episode where he's learning how to golf.

The "Lost Episodes" are available on DVD and those are the ones Jackie released in 1985. If you really enjoy The Honeymooners I would definitely recommend getting the Lost Episodes. The Honeymooners skits he did in the 60s are known as the Color Honeymooners and they were filmed in Miami. Those are also on DVD but have a different Alice and Trixie and are not as good as the originals (with Jackie, Art, Audrey, and Joyce). Then in the 1970s there were 4 specials with Audrey back as Alice. 3 of the 4 are available on DVD.
