shareBest:
A Woman's Work Is Never Done
A Matter Of Record
Better Living Through Television
Alice And The Blonde
And I can't remember the name of it but it's the episode where Ralph and Ed are living in Ralph's apartment while Alice and Trixie are living in the Norton's apartment. It had something to do with that whole "King of the Castle" thing and the girls made the guys live alone to see if they could handle it or not.
Worst:
The God-awful Hair Tonic episode.

That's true. I don't even watch the new stuff on prime-time now. I'll stick with the classics like "The Honeymooners" and "M*A*S*H".
I actually liked the 'Hair Brained Scheme' episode! Mainly for laughs, call it a hunch,I bet Jackie downed some shots during each cut.
Favorite line-Ralph:"I see a man holding a french poodle", it was the fella that duped them.
Yeah he was duped.
I also enjoy 'The Man from Space', Its a Dog's Life and Funny Money.
I liked Thelma the maid! Ralph:I thought maids were prettier and wore tight skirts!
Thelma:the chubby one is gonna be trouble-- I don't do floors, thats mans work.
Then she called Ed+Ralph 'the simp and the blimp', funny!
actualy liked Hair Restorer episode, just proves how gullible Ralph is to get rich.
Got a hunch after viewing it few times.Gleason was drunk during the taping.
I forget the nae of the old guy that screwed them.but the best part when Ralph pours Ed's beer in the mixture ,do ya see the professor? No but there's a fella carrying a french poodle!
That was the guy carrying thse fake wig.then he trys out his boss and everything goes wrong.
Unconventional Behavior;
Ralph and Ed plan on traveling by train to Raccoon Convention in Minneapolis, unfortunately for Ralph,he allows Ed to sucker him to get handcuffed together.
Ralph becomes irate to the max! Ed is such a moron, however it turns out the 'Dumb Duo' are on the wrong train to Virgnia.
Ralph doesn't want to pay the rent, gets evicted.
Ralph and the gang visit boss with sexy wife.
Ralph tries to hide back injury from Alice. He went bowling instead Alice's mom's house.
Ralph becomes the janitor.
Counterfeit money.
Norton and Trixie fight, Ralph makes it worse. I think a recording was involved.
Alice's whacky sister moves in.
There are so many to remember off the top of my head!!!
I also agree!
How bout the 'Man from Space',
Funny Money- Ralph becomes a millionaire but the money is counterfeit!
99,000 Answer - Ralph risks everything only to lose. 'Suwanee River??'
Ralph hires Thelma the Maid, they trade insults and he does the housework.
Also 'Letter to the Boss',
Ralph thinks he's been fired, writes an insulting letter and mails it to Mr.Marshall, but fails to realize he got a raise/promotion. So of course he goes thru wild extremes to stop the letter from reaching Marshall's office.
"Pal O' Mine", "The Golfer", "TV or Not TV". "Better Living Through Television","Here Comes the Bride", "Funny Money","The Safety Award" (it's nice to see Ralph win once in awhile). Actually, just about all "The Honeymooners" episodes are winners in my book!

This episode was 'Battle of the Sexes'
Rqlph complains every time Norton and him go bowling, shoot pool or any activity Trixie calls the pool hall and tells Norton 'Come home,my mother is here',Ralph gets steamed cause she's spoiling their night out.
Of course Ralph informs Ed 'I'm King of the Castle and Alice is nothing'

My two favorites have always been, and continue to be:
#1: "The $99,000 Answer" - That priceless look on Ralph's face when he gets the Swanny River question is simply too hilarious. Puts me in stitches. Then when he finely answers 'Ed Norton' I simply die. The way they play out in that episode is great too, when Ralph just keeps answering questions he was never asked.
#2: "The Man From Space" - No scene in the whole show makes me laugh harder than when Norton busts into the party in his sewer gear. They immediately give him first prize as 'The Man From Space'. That's just brilliant writing.
There were MANY other brilliant episodes. One of the best shows ever on TV. Comedy gold, and plenty of it.
I've just been re-watching the Classic 39. I haven't seen them in years, and some of them I'm sure I've never seen at all. I am constantly reminded of other shows I've seen. Seinfeld, Family Matters, All in the Family, The Simpsons, Frasier. Seems like everything took at least a little bit of magic from 'The Honeymooners'. They didn't call Jackie 'The Great One' for nothing.
Oh, and how could I forget 'Better Living Through Television'. When that one is over I'm doubled over in pain from laughing so hard. Love the improv bit where Jackie says they should say something about Spear Fishing. Too funny.
I seen "Brother Ralph"...again.
For some reason the more I view this one it gets funnier each time.
When Ralph is laid off from the bus company,Alice gets a secretary job,she tells 'her husband',the office don't believe wives should work,so he stated Ralph is her brother,of course jealous Ralph gets steamed when she invites her boss Tony over the apartment.
Ralph: I oughta warn you Alice is going steady with a prize fighter who really HITS!(clenching his fists)
Better Living Through TV was always my fave.
It can core a apple. Hah hah.😀
Funny Money-- Ralph finds counterfeit$$,spends like a lunatic.
A Woman Work is Never Done--Thelma the Maid.
Man from Space.
Recently been watxhing 'A Man's Pride',Ralph tells an old buddy he's in xcharge of the bus company, but his foolish pride nearly backfires on him.
There's a lot of great episodes, but for me, The $99,0000 Answer is just a cut above the rest. The big punchline is set up *so well* through the entire episode.
Again I love em all!!
A Dogs Life reveals Ralph's soft spot 4 our furry friends.
Matter of Life or Death reveals really how much he loved Alice.
Yes the $99,000 answer was hilarious.
One of the categories was 'Women in History',imagine how much trouble he'd be in if he chose that topic.
Of course I disliked the end when they played Swanee River, that was cruel.
