Is Desmond Llewelyn in 12 o'clock high?

I was just watching Twelve O'Clock High. At the beginning of the moive there are two clerks in a hat shop in London. One of the looked like a very young Desmond Llewelyn. "Q" in the Bond movies. Does anyone know if that was him?

I (sort of) see what you mean, but I seriously doubt it.

It isn't mentioned in his list of credits, and in other films made around the same time period, he doesn't look like the hat shop assistant in "Twelve O'Clock High!"
