Did "Doll" die at the end? It appears so, but the movie is rather unclear.

It's pretty much implied--with the brothers having shot her multiple times, and both she and Zeke praying for her soul...

She gets shot in the shoulders, from what we can see, which is often code for being hit in a non lethal way. The doctor says that Bucky McLean will be ok, and it looks like Doll will be too, it's her redemption.
