Very good

I just finished watching this, and I enjoyed it. The plot is seemingly simple, but the story of a father losing his bicycle during a thoroughly critical point in Italy's economic history is executed with such realism. The ending is undeniably emotional, but so pessimist that it's almost devastating. I rate it an 8/10. I'm definitely interested in checking out more of De Sica's work.
