The plot makes no sense
In this movie, Dracula wants to take Wilbur's brain and put it into the body of Frankenstein's monster. He wants Wilbur's brain specifically because Wilbur's such a simpleton that Dracula believes he would obey Dracula's every command and wouldn't be able to think for himself and rebel against the Count. Only problem with this: the Monster already has a brain, and is does whatever Dracula says! He\it walks around and speaks, and whenever Dracula gives him an order, he responds,"Yes, master." So...why did Dracula need Wilbur for, again?
Meet little Melvin. He's a ninety-pound weakling. Everyone hated Melvin.
