Why No 'Warner Night at the Movies'?

Leonard Maltin referenced this film in an introduction to a "Warner Night at the Movies" DVD I rented recently. I believe (if I remember correctly) the DVD was "The Public Enemy" starring James Cagney.

This was, of course, a Warner Bros. picture -- so why no special features with the newsreel, trailer, short and cartoon? Is this only on the Warner Bros. gangster movie DVDs? Or was this movie not popular and/or critically acclaimed enough to warrant such a DVD?

It must not have been Public Enemy - that came out in the early 30s, and this movie is from 1947. Warner Night at the Movies normally gets attached to movies that are (at least in the movie buff world) popular, like The Public Enemy. So I think your last questioned nailed the reason.
