Missed Opportunity
Dudley could have had an awesome menage a quatre with the wife, the maid, and the secretary, all of whom were hot for him. He could have his pick of any women he saw while he was on earth, a different one each day. When he leaves, nobody remembers him or what happened, so nobody would get hurt, no harm done. It's a perfect setup for a handsome youngish angel.
