FINDING THE DVD + 'ALL THE TRIMMINGS'

I just read that "The Bishop's Wife" has fallen out of copyright so it's in the same realm of the George Bailey movie with Jimmy Stewart.

Is this also why I can't find a DVD of it with "Bonus" information?

Actually neither film is in the public domain

Here is a link to the official dvd from MGM although the only bonus is the theatrical trailer.
