Every time Barbara Stanwyck says that name in this film I must remember "Double indemnity", she always says it in that specific way and SPOILERS in the end Walter (Douglas) kills her just like Walter (MacMurray) in Indemnity. It's very interesting.

I was thinking about the similarities too, especially when she tried to get Sam to kill her husband. The look on her face when she thought he was about to do it reminded me strongly of her look in the "DI" killing scene.
