New Pirated Version with Changed Music
Just a heads up to let everybody know that over the past year or so a new version of It's a Wonderful Life has surfaced made to circumvent copyright laws. The film was out of copyright but the story and music were not, so a copy was made retitled A Wonderful Life with music replaced in several places beginning at the opening titles, and crediting the story to Charles Dickens rather than Philip Van Doren Stern! This is not a joke! The altered film is now playing on Roku TV and Plex Inc. The original film can be seen on Amazon Prime. The only authorized network showings are on NBC twice during the holiday season.
