When Mr. Gower tried to poisen those children George helped him cover it up...accessory to murder ..GUILTY!
when Mary lost her robe and was naked. George would not give it back...sexual assault..GUILTY
When Uncle Billy lost the money George grabedd and threw him down...elder abuse..GUILTY
When he went home he almost broke his little girls fingers on the piano..child abuse,,GUILTY
He went to the bar and got into a fight...drunken brawl,,GUILTY
DROVE HIS CAR DRUNK....DWI..GUILTY
Ran into a tree and left...,leaving the scene of a accident..GUILTY
escaping from the cop at his house..resisting arrest GUILTY
PUNCHING BURT THE COP...assaulting a police officer GUILTY

Have I missed anything about this scourge of society??

This is funny. George is a simp.

But I’m going to say something even worse.

Clarence is a synonym of Lucifer.

The eschatology of the film is extremely convoluted and decidedly not Christian. It is Gnostic.

The clue is that he is “second class”. As in he fell. Hence no wings.

But we get a completely sneaky redemption of a demon because he decides to get involved with one luckless man.

Earned his wings from what or whom? What was Clarence portrayed as in the beginning of the film?

Checkout wormwood. I saw Lucifer fall like lightening. A third of the stars fell
