Just watching this on tv just now - superb! For that alone, if nothing else, this film deserves high acclaim!

Well....no matter how his name is spelled, I must agree his segment was fantastic. This is only the second time I have seen him on film....but will not tell youse what the other movie was....you have to guess.

Isn't 'bulger' a sort of wheat product? Interesting coincidence that he played a scarecrow in an earlier film made with Garland and he was stuffed with straw. Then again, maybe the cracked wheat is spelled b-u-l-g-h-e-r. Anyway, it's quite scary.

We really shouldn't tease the original poster for the spelling error. The point about Ray's dancing is still a valid one. He's just amazing in this movie!
[that said, "Ray Bulger" sounds like a porn star name. :) ]
