another positive image of African Americans

The most obvious one was the man in the restaurant but another was the very professional-looking woman who was the courier. WWII opened up opportunities for many people if they could endure the bigots. The problem was keeping the jobs after "the boys came marching home."

If it had any stereotypes it was the Irish housekeeper. I was impressed by how snappy the courier was too. She kind of lit up the scene.

That was a nice little bit. I thought she was cute too. It would have been nice if they could have found a reason to give her more screen time.

The part with the man giving the exact definition of "catastrophe" is one of my favorites. It literally feels like a screw you society moment.

"a screw you society moment"? He seemed perfectly polite. There was no "screw you" attitude at all.
